I have often run into people, friends and colleagues engaged in a project, and young people starting out, who have asked me either what does an architect do? Or more specifically, what did you do as an architect? This website is principally to answer those who are curious.
Over time I shall add and edit what is here and include some instructive stories in the Blog page. I hope this glimpse into my career will encourage anyone who is interested in becoming an architect, or in pursuing an architectural education, one of the best generalist workouts one can have and a very good grounding for the profession and for myriad other pursuits in life.
